We are looking for a Client Service Manager who can help maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board.
The Client Service Manager will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our products and act as liaison between the client and customer service.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with different work groups and departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Improve service excellence to increase client satisfaction
- Managing issues and escalations to full resolution
- Analysing processes and data and suggesting improvements and efficiencies
- Manage the provision of management information packs and invoicing data
- Conduct monthly service meetings with clients to review contractual service levels
- Execute public speaking and presentations
You should have
- 3 + years experience in Client Service Management
- Previous experience working with high profile and large clients
- "Can do" attitude
- Able to react in a calm and efficient manner to urgent situations
- Strong communication in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Detail-oriented and proactive
