Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment Specialist will be our resource magician, who focus on recruiting candidates with best qualifications for current open positions at our company. Major responsibilities will include: sourcing candidates for open positions, take care of the talent community,building the employer branding and keep the recruitment process smoothy.

You will:

  • Establish, manage and update the need of resources and requirements of all opening position
  • Responsible for building the talent pool and  maintain relationships with potential candidates
  • Responsible for sourcing candidates through network, job post, cold calling, recruiting campaign,etc
  • Keep all job postings updated, full of freshness and attractive
  • Manage internal referral program
  • Building strong relationship with Recruitment partner (Universities, Headhunter,...)
  • Screen potential candidates via phone interview and/or in person
  • Manage applicant tracking system, including reporting on various recruiting metrics
  • Conduct the best interview experience for candidates
  • Lead the On-boarding part to make sure the best impression for new members
  • Build best practices and processes from recruitment to onboarding
  • Coordinate with Marketing team in building best Employer Branding
  • Work with leadership team to develop new recruiting strategies

You should have:

  • 1 - 2 years of high volume recruitment / talent acquisition experience
  • Excellent computer skills (must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented, intrinsically motivated, self-reliant
  • Proactive and creative, but still being self-discipline 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, excellent listening and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Vietnamese and English
