Human Capital Manager

The Human Capital Manager (HCM) is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to the growth of Kyanon Digital. The role is critical in driving recruitment initiatives, providing great internal management support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement

Job Description:

  • Ability to understand business goals and implement it into daily operations for the HR team
  • Proactivity to recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to enhance recruitment process as well as employee engagement
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance (Learning & training, rewards, events, …) and mitigate potential disputes
  • Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement ad hoc changes
  • Support the recruitment team – this may include writing job descriptions, preparing interview questions and application forms, reworking the onboarding process, …
  • Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation
  • Support change management processes
  • Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy
  • Provide advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers


  • Proven HR generalist with at least 4 years of experience 
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills are required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
  • Proactive team player with problem solving skills
  • Experience in supporting top management initiatives by leading change within the company
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial
  • Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure to deliver results
