How You Can Contribute

    • Perform a comprehensive analysis to deeply understand the recruitment needs by directly working with the Hiring Manager; 
    • Prepare job descriptions and manage postings on career page website and other relevant platforms;
    • Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including pre-screening, conducting interviews, checking references, and making offers;
    • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and coordinate background verifications in accordance with company procedures, ensuring timely follow-up communication;
    • Execute onboarding activities for new hires;
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging content for job opportunities;
    • Stay informed about trends in the industry & the labor market; 
    • Represent the company at career fairs, local job fairs, and professional events to support Employer Branding; 
    • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with past and potential candidates;
    • Propose innovative ideas to enhance talent acquisition activities. 

 

What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
    • 3+ years of recruitment experience in the IT industry;
    • Profound knowledge and extensive experience in IT recruitment;
    • Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment processes;
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel);
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
    • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving;
    • Wide network within the IT industry & experience in hunting for talent is highly desirable.
