You will:

#1- Support the implementation of welfare policies for employees (including email notification, coordination, and request payment to the accountant).
#2 – Ensure to store and update all records and documents of the employees such as HR records, personnel information, contracts, etc.,
#3 – Support the registration procedures with Tax Authorities and Social Insurance Agencies.
#4 – Ensure compliance with regulations and company rules: Through monitoring and measuring elements in company rules.
#5 – Other tasks as assigned by the People & Culture Lead

You should have:

  • Studying in Human Resource Management, Law or Financial Accounting.
  • Love paper-related work.
  • Able to work full-time.
  • Able to communicate with different types of personalities.
  • Good at: Problem-solving, Negotiation and MS Office skills.
  • Careful, meticulous, good pressure resistance.
  • Good at English skills.
