You will:

  • Handle incoming calls and messages via webchat.
  • Resolve arising problems related to products and services by verifying customer complaints; determining the cause of the problem; the best selection and interpretation; Follow up to make sure the problem is resolved and the customer is satisfied.
  • Support set up goods, cancel orders, refund or change goods.
  • Propose solutions when the product has problems.
  • Inform customers about promotions and discounts.
  • Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Contribute to the overall team effort to get the work done when needed.
  • Coordinate with different departments to resolve all customer complaints.
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager.
