You will:

  • Answer questions related to products and services and suggest information about other products and services to attract potential customers.
  • Handle incoming calls and messages via webchat
  • Resolve arising problems related to products and services by verifying customer complaints; determining the cause of the problem; the best selection and interpretation; Follow up to make sure the problem is resolved and the customer is satisfied
  • Support set up goods, cancel orders, refund or change goods
  • Propose solutions when the product has problems
  • Inform customers about promotions and discounts
  • Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Contribute to the overall team effort to get the work done when needed
  • Coordinate with different departments to resolve all customer complaints
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager.

You should have:

  • Majoring in Chinese language is a plus;
  • Good ability to use and communicate in Chinese (customers are Chinese);
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Familiarity with Tik Tok application
  • Eager to learn and develop yourself at work.
