You will:
- Answer questions related to products and services and suggest information about other products and services to attract potential customers.
- Handle incoming calls and messages via webchat
- Resolve arising problems related to products and services by verifying customer complaints; determining the cause of the problem; the best selection and interpretation; Follow up to make sure the problem is resolved and the customer is satisfied
- Support set up goods, cancel orders, refund or change goods
- Propose solutions when the product has problems
- Inform customers about promotions and discounts
- Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Contribute to the overall team effort to get the work done when needed
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve all customer complaints
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.
You should have:
- Majoring in Chinese language is a plus;
- Good ability to use and communicate in Chinese (customers are Chinese);
- Ability to work full-time
- Familiarity with Tik Tok application
- Eager to learn and develop yourself at work.
