You will:

As a People & Culture Executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing various People & Culture processes including onboarding, offboarding, employer branding, and employee performance.

Culture & Employee Experience:

  • Design and develop the employee experience journey to retain employees.
  • Measure & report on touchpoints in the employee experience journey.
  • Managing and implementing the Onboarding and Offboarding process.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
  • Organize internal events, holidays and anniversaries of the year.
  • Promoting Kyanon Digital’s unique Employee Value Proposition through various Employer Branding channels.
  • Build and strengthen company culture.
  • Improve employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the People & Culture Manager.

Internal Communication:

  • Implement the internal communication (IC) plan to achieve the IC goals.
  • Build, organize and manage documents providing important information about the company for employees.
  • Manage internal communication channels such as Email, Groups, Newsletter, Newsboard, etc.
  • Organize communication activities such as Town Hall meetings, training sessions, orientation meetings, etc.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of internal communication activities.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the People & Culture Manager.

You should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in internal communication, culture & employee experience, organization development or similar roles.
  • Working experience in the IT industry.
  • Working experience in different types of organizations (such as startup, and corporate) is a bonus.
  • Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Knowledge of employees’ motivations to stay with the company.
  • Experience in creating friendly and effective onboarding processes and refining them iteratively.
  • Familiarity with workforce analytics and how to build effective metrics to measure the effectiveness of an HR campaign or find insights about human resources.
  • Familiarity with some HRM software or tools.
  • Ability to communicate with different types of personalities.
  • Love to listen to people’s stories and build relationships.
  • Good planning, problem-solving, negotiation skills.
  • Dedicated, detailed oriented.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Good English skills.
