You will:

– Join onboarding process

– Implement welfare policies for employees

– Support to handle requests from employees, acting as “an employee service”

– Operational support in terms of personnel for all other departments in the company

– Support to handle people operations tasks, such as devices/seats/vehicle registration/…

– Support on documentation for HR Operations activities

– More tasks will be assigned according to capabilities

You should have:

– Student or freshly graduated Bachelors degree in Human Resources or any related fields

– Strong passion for Human Resources

– Self-motivated, independent, detailed-oriented and organized

– Advanced MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint

– Willing to learn and good command of written as well as spoken English
