You will:

  • Create and oversee project plans and schedules, especially PnL.
  • Drive team members to achieve release goals.
  • Work with the teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope.
  • Responsible for project reporting – dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, burndown, velocity.
  • Take lead on quality control issues.
  • Maintain issues and risks log.
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
  • Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners.
  • Responsible for internal and external communication, transparency, and distributing information.
  • Manage, maintain and improve the process.
  • Coach, train and mentor members on Agile principles, spirit and practice.

You should have:

  • 2+ years experience working in manage software project, product. The team need a strong influence with major voice to keep their mind clean and accept new approach continuously.
  • Proven experience building highly organized, detail oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Experience with eCommerce, Payment, Retail software project and product is a huge advantage.
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
  • Strong ability in consulting and expectation management.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a large team.
  • Fluent English.
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent. CSM/PSM or PMP certificated is a plus.
