Responsibilities
- Seeking to recruit new clients (60%)
- Sales Support (20%)
- Conduct client background check for Client Qualification
- Make sure meetings are well documented in the form of meeting minutes
- Conduct relevant research to support presales for proposal
- Prepare quotations, including Change Request Quotation, Additional Request Quotation, and other simple quotations according to existing templates
- Sales Admin (20%)
- Document Sales and Pre-sales Q&A
- Assist in market research projects
- Collate information in the company’s email contact list to the internal CRM system
- Develop case studies
- Perform other tasks assigned as per the company’s requirements
Qualifications
- Enrollment as a last-year student, preferably in Business Administration, IT or related major
- Interest in the Sales field
- Available to work full-time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English
- Willingness to learn, motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility
