Responsibilities

  1. Seeking to recruit new clients (60%)
  2. Sales Support (20%)
  • Conduct client background check for Client Qualification
  • Make sure meetings are well documented in the form of meeting minutes
  • Conduct relevant research to support presales for proposal
  • Prepare quotations, including Change Request Quotation, Additional Request Quotation, and other simple quotations according to existing templates
  1. Sales Admin (20%)
  • Document Sales and Pre-sales Q&A
  • Assist in market research projects
  • Collate information in the company’s email contact list to the internal CRM system
  • Develop case studies
  • Perform other tasks assigned as per the company’s requirements

 

Qualifications

  • Enrollment as a last-year student, preferably in Business Administration, IT or related major
  • Interest in the Sales field
  • Available to work full-time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to learn, motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility
