To be successful in this role, you should have

  • Experience: Proven track record of success in technology solution sales roles for the BFSI sector.
    Familiar with the technology solutions such as core banking system, data/AI, Lowcode – Nocode, system
    integration, etc.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Industry Network: Extensive network and relationships within the Banking, Finance, and Insurance
    sectors.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a consultative approach. Ability to understand and address the
    specific challenges and opportunities within the BFSI space.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex
    solutions clearly and effectively to clients.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving sales environment within the BFSI industry.
