You will:
- Gather business and system requirements from clients; Assist and consult clients in defining requirements and suggest ideas
- Create and review business and functional requirements and design specifications to ensure a full understanding of individual deliverables
- Discuss solutions with the engineering team, write functional documents for references
- Understand CRM, eCOM API, and Parameter in detailed
- Map the relationship of different system parameters, API
- Deliver in-depth technical advocacy, design, architecture & deployment plan to partners.
- Construct an accurate overall technical design & execution plan in a timely manner.
- Develop presentations and communications materials
You need:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a business analyst or related role
- Experience in building highly organized, detail-oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data to drive business decisions
- Experience with documenting and analyzing END-TO-END systems where a server services multiple client endpoints is a must
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Great collaboration skills with a professional and positive attitude
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a large team
- Fluent English
