You will:

  • Gather business and system requirements from clients; Assist and consult clients in defining requirements and suggest ideas
  • Create and review business and functional requirements and design specifications to ensure a full understanding of individual deliverables
  • Discuss solutions with the engineering team, write functional documents for references
  • Understand CRM, eCOM API, and Parameter in detailed
  • Map the relationship of different system parameters, API
  • Deliver in-depth technical advocacy, design, architecture & deployment plan to partners.
  • Construct an accurate overall technical design & execution plan in a timely manner.
  • Develop presentations and communications materials

You need:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a business analyst or related role
  • Experience in building highly organized, detail-oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data to drive business decisions
  • Experience with documenting and analyzing END-TO-END systems where a server services multiple client endpoints is a must
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Great collaboration skills with a professional and positive attitude
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a large team
  • Fluent English
