You will:

  • Create and oversee project plans and schedules, especially PnL
  • Drive team members to achieve release goals
  • Work with the teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope
  • Responsible for project reporting – dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, burndown, velocity
  • Take lead on quality control issues
  • Maintain issues and risks log
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
  • Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners
  • Responsible for internal and external communication, transparency, and distributing information
  • Manage, maintain and improve the process
  • Coach, train and mentor members on Agile principles, spirit and practice

You need:

  • 5+ years experience working in managing software project, products. The team need a strong influence with major voice to keep their mind clean and accept new approach continuously.  
  • Proven experience building highly organized, detail-oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment
  • Experience with Loyalty, eCommerce, Payment, Retail software project and products is a huge advantage
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management
  • Strong ability in consulting and expectation management
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a large team
  • Fluent English
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent. CSM/PSM or PMP certificate is a plus
