Create and oversee project plans and schedules, especially PnL
Drive team members to achieve release goals
Work with the teams to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope
Responsible for project reporting – dashboards, status reports, roadmaps, burndown, velocity
Take lead on quality control issues
Maintain issues and risks log
Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
Interface with client and project teams, including vendor partners
Responsible for internal and external communication, transparency, and distributing information
Manage, maintain and improve the process
Coach, train and mentor members on Agile principles, spirit and practice
You need:
5+ years experience working in managing software project, products. The team need a strong influence with major voice to keep their mind clean and accept new approach continuously.
Proven experience building highly organized, detail-oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment
Experience with Loyalty, eCommerce, Payment, Retail software project and products is a huge advantage
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management
Strong ability in consulting and expectation management
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a large team
Fluent English
MS/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent. CSM/PSM or PMP certificate is a plus
