You will:

  • Develop a strategic territory plan for over-achieving annual quota and business growth by over-achieving your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Drive demand generation with multi-strategy and orchestrate internal and external resource to achieve pipeline generation goal.
  • Prospect, consult and sell IT outsourcing service and related services to prospective new industry business customers.
  • Collection of high-level requirements to effectively communicate to technical personnel for demo purposes, scope of work documents and proposals.

You should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in overall working experiences.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in selling technology solutions, outsourcing services, IT headhunter service.
  • Experiences in IT Outsourcing or Channel partner management is a plus.
  • Strong in logical thinking, analytical skill, presentation skill, communication skill, cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.
  • Individual Contributor, Result-oriented, self-motivated, innovative and positive personality.
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
  • Good employment tenure and commitment to employers.
  • MS/BS degree in Business Administrative, Marketing or equivalent.
