You will:

  • Develop a strategic territory plan for over-achieving annual quota and business growth by over-achieving your monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Deeply understand the IT industry to define and analyze technology components for the client-consultant and convince.
  • Drive demand generation with multi-strategy and orchestrate internal and external resource to achieve pipeline generation goal
  • Prospect, consult and sell business solutions and related services to prospective new industry business clients
  • Collection of high-level requirements to effectively communicate to technical personnel for demo purposes, scope of work documents and proposals
  • Providing implementing system solutions that are consistent with strategic business and technical objectives
  • Working directly with clients to resolve ambiguities, finalize requirements and ensure technical deliverables meet business expectations
  • Managing, training and mentoring team members

You need:

  • 15+ years of solution sales experience selling technology solutions like Odoo, Outsystems, or similar RPA/low code/no code solution or similar business applications to large, complex enterprise organizations.
  • At least 15 years of working experience in web development using the latest web technologies
  • Strong track record of success selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Experiences in Manufacturing/Retails/Logistic is a plus
  • Good working knowledge in eCommerce and popular digital CMS systems
  • Good working knowledge in back end technologies
  • Working knowledge of build system (Maven/Ant, Gradle, Grunt…), CI/CD techniques (Jenkins, Bamboo)
  • Own good knowledge of Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies to run development teams using JIRA/Confluent toolsets
  • Good team leadership skills and experience in highly-standardized work environments
  • Very strong technical design, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
