You will:

  • Participate in full cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, selection to onboarding
  • Support team in all activities of recruitment process such as:

– Input candidates’ information into the internal system

– Post job description on recruitment websites, job boards, social networks, forums and any other recruiting means and tools

– Search resumes for each vacancy

– Screen applications, contact potential candidates to arrange test and schedule interview if required, welcome candidates

  • Prepare onboarding for new employees
  • Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
  • Perform other recruitment duties as assigned

You should have:

  • Interest in Recruitment field 
  • Passionate about people, services and culture
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese 
  • Content writing and presentation skills 
  • Friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible 
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
