Job Description:
- We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Kyanon Digital. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation that effectively communicates complex information to various audiences, including developers, customers, and stakeholders.
You will:
- Create clear and concise technical documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, API documentation, release notes, and other technical content
- Work closely with development teams and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Utilize various tools and technologies, including version control systems, content management systems, and authoring tools
- Participate in other aspects of the product development process, such as reviewing product designs, providing feedback, and working with stakeholders to ensure that products meet customer needs and expectations
- Ensure documentation meets company standards for quality, consistency, and style
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, with a strong portfolio of technical documentation
- Knowledge of technical writing best practices and tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
- Fluent English writing
