1. Educational Background:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

2. Experience:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the software outsourcing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling software outsourcing services, such as software engineering teams, software support teams, or software talent acquisition to international clients.

3. Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and negotiate with decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics, including trends and requirements in the software outsourcing industry.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.

4. Technical Knowledge:
