The CEO Office is responsible for initiating, coordinating, conducting, and overseeing inter-related projects to boost the company’s achievements and provide strategic support for the CEO. A PMO Coordinator in the CEO’s office plays a vital role in supporting the smooth running of high-level initiatives and projects.

How You Can Contribute

Project Support:

  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones aligned with the CEO’s strategic vision.
  • Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify any deviations from the plan.
  • Update project status reports, RAID reports and communicate these updates to the CEO, project teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and risk assessments.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Act as a central point of contact for project inquiries, facilitating communication between the CEO’s office, project teams, and various departments.
  • Compile data and generate reports to keep the CEO informed of project progress, potential roadblocks, and areas needing attention.
  • Assist in resource allocation, ensuring project teams have the necessary tools and personnel to complete their tasks.

What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution

  • Bachelor degree
  • 5+ years of working experience as a PMO Coordinator / Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceeded efficiently and effectively
  • Good verbal and written communications skills both in Vietnamese and in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Outstanding time management skills
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices is a plus
  • Ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into project details is a plus
