Account Manager acts as client advocates and works with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. Account Manager assists handling client feedbacks, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.

How You Can Contribute

  • Take charge of leading and guiding the account management practice at the company level under supervision of in-charge Vice President
  • Monitor and take responsibility for effectiveness of account management activities
  • Collaborate with the relevant departments to ensure the account planning and execution carried out smoothly
  • Drive revenue retention and revenue growth among our existing clients by forming strong relationships, understanding the client’s business needs, and identifying new opportunities matching existing clients’ needs
  • Represent the voice of the client to inform our sales process and solutions roadmap to ensure the quality of service and client satisfaction
  • Take care of key strategic accounts to drive the revenue growth and client satisfaction for the firm.

What You Should Have To Maximize Your Contribution

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles with a proven track record of success in account management, preferably in Tech domain or with similar clients in FnB, e-Commerce, Banking and Manufacturing industries;
  • Experience in managing large accounts and complex sales cycles is particularly valuable for a senior account manager;
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about clients’ business objectives and identify opportunities for growth and expansion by having a deep understanding of clients’ industries and competitive landscapes;
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively conveying value propositions; and ability to communicate effectively internally, coordinating efforts across departments to meet client needs; Ability to be excellent in both written and verbal communication in Vietnamese and English;
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills to navigate contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells with ability to effectively negotiate terms that are beneficial for both the client and the firm;
  • Problem-Solving Ability:Be a proactive problem solver, capable of addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner, ability to anticipate potential challenges and develop strategies to mitigate risks;
  • Analytical Skills: Ability in analytical skills for assessing account performance, identifying trends, and developing data-driven insights to drive strategic decisions, and ability to work with data and metrics to track progress and measure success;
  • Customer Focus: Be customer-focused, committed to delivering value and exceeding client expectations; Be responsive to client needs and dedicated to building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships;
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrate leadership qualities such as initiative, accountability, and the ability to influence others to motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional results;
  • Adaptability:  Ability to be adaptable and open to change in a constantly evolving business landscape, quickly adapt to new market dynamics, emerging trends, and shifting client needs;
  • Technology background with consulting skills is a plus
