The Senior Manager, Partnership Management, is a strategic role responsible for leading and developing the company’s partnership programs. You will play a crucial role in identifying, cultivating, and managing valuable partnerships that contribute to the organization’s growth and success.

How You Can Contribute

  • Partnership Strategy & Development:

    • Develop and implement the overall partnership strategy, aligning it with the company’s business objectives.
    • Identify and source potential partners that complement the company’s offerings and target markets.
    • Lead the process of evaluating, negotiating, and finalizing partnership agreements.
  • Partnership Management and Growth:

    • Manage existing partnerships to ensure they deliver on their promised value.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partner contacts.
    • Oversee the implementation and execution of partnership programs.
    • Identify and implement strategies to expand existing partnerships and generate new revenue streams.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of partnership activities.
    • Track and analyze partnership performance against KPIs, providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership.
    • Use insights and data-driven analysis to drive continuous improvement and optimization of partnership strategies.

What You Should Have To Maximize Your Contribution

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experienced of 5 years in similar roles in the technology domain.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and technology trends.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights and trends into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent in English communication, business management or technology background with consulting skills as preferable.
  • Having consulting skills is a plus.
