In this dynamic position, you’ll bridge the gap between our sales and accounting teams. You’ll handle tasks crucial to a smooth sales cycle, while also managing customer accounts and ensuring on-time payments for our products or services.

How You Can Contribute

  • Sales Support:
    • Generate contracts and provide legal documents (if any) based on approved proposal/ quotation from sales team
    • Maintain and update data/clients records in the company’s CRM or database system.
    • Be in charge of all office admin tasks: prepare acceptance minutes, payment requests,… of projects.
    • Review Clients’ agreement or contract template and support the sales team to prepare suitable sales contracts.
    • Follow up with sales contract duration for reminding account and Client to extend.
    • Work closely with other cross -functional departments: sales team, delivery teams  in the company.
  • Accounts Receivables (AR) Management:
    • Collect customer payments –issuing and sending invoices, following up on payments and outstanding payments
    • Prepare and reconcile monthly account statements with customers 
    • Reconcile bank statements, invoices with your accounting software data to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
    • Manage accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue invoices and prioritize collections. 
    • Conduct to remind and collect outstanding payments.
    • Other administrative tasks as assigned by your Line Manager (Finance & Accounting Manager).

To be successful in this roles, you should have

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting;
  • Have knowledge about Economic  Law / Business Administration or related fields;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at similar roles;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced IT environment;
  • Can work under high pressure;
  • Excellent attention to detail for accurate data entry and financial record keeping;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with both customers and colleagues;
  • Proficiency in accounting software;
  • Working knowledge of sales processes is a plus.
