We Launched BIPBIP - An Online Grocery Store

The situation

BipBip is a new business unit of Central Retail who owns Big C which recently has been renamed to Top Markets and Go! BipBip provides consumers choice of groceries online shopping conveniently at their fingertips.

What we did

Since April 2021, Kyanon Digital has been selected as Central Retail’s technology partner to build BipBip 5-year technology strategy, roadmap and solutions with microservices architect and the core operation engines. After 6 months, Kyanon Digital has launched the mobile ordering app together with integrated back-end operation to support the complexity of grocery business.

The current focus is to enhance the customers experience through engagement and reward loyalty.
