- Proactively source and engage top IT professionals through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, and networking events).
- Act as a talent advisor to clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing market insights to guide recruitment strategies.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing from different sources including freelancers and partners, and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align recruitment efforts with client requirements and ensure seamless candidate-client matching for deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed hiring targets, ensuring fast turnaround times and high-quality placements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future client demands.
- Partner with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies, employer branding, and hiring processes.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making, tracking key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, pipeline efficiency, etc.).
- Stay updated on tech industry trends, emerging skill sets, and hiring best practices to remain competitive in talent acquisition.
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in headhunting, preferably in IT outsourcing or software development environments.
- Strong sales mindset—ability to pitch roles, close candidates, and drive hiring success with urgency.
- Experience in headhunting passive candidates and negotiating offers successfully.
- Deep understanding of tech roles, skills, IT outsourcing models and IT recruitment workflows.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Has candidate pipelines in IT
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
