The Service Delivery Approach (SDA) provides standard service delivery activities under the structure – Identify, Diagnose, Design, Implement and Support. It should be linked to the sets of toolkits of the majority of services within Kyanon Digital.

Escalation Workflow
Level 1: Delivery Manager / Technical Lead
For project-based engagements, the first level of escalation is handled by the Delivery Manager (DM) and Technical Lead (TL). They coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues related to deliverables, timelines, or technical challenges.
Issues handled: Technical roadblocks, development delays, or scope clarifications.
Level 2: Account Manager
If the Delivery Manager and Technical Lead are unable to resolve the issue, it escalates to the Account Manager (AM). The AM communicates with the client to realign expectations, provide status updates, and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
Issues handled: Broader client concerns, high-level adjustments to timelines, scope, or staffing.
Level 3: Senior Management
Unresolved matters escalate to Senior Management, where strategic interventions are made to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Issues handled: Critical issues affecting project delivery, resource allocation, or high-priority escalations.
