- Support in organizing and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and internal seminars.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure smooth delivery of training programs, internal workshops, fresher training programs.
- Help develop and update training materials, presentation slides, handouts, and content on the internal LMS platform.
- Collect training feedback, support post-training surveys, and compile reports.
- Contribute to learning culture promotion through internal communication, blog writing, design materials, or video editing.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of L&D activities.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
