- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership through comprehensive intake meetings to define role requirements, establish competency profiles, and develop tailored, multi-channel sourcing strategies.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including proactive sourcing, candidate screening and assessment, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Employer Brand Execution: Partner with Marketing to develop and deploy a cohesive employer branding content strategy across key channels (e.g., career site, LinkedIn, professional forums). Articulate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through authentic storytelling and targeted campaigns.
- Talent Pipelining & Market Intelligence: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques. Develop and nurture robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles. Stay abreast of industry trends and provide data-driven market intelligence to inform talent strategy.
- Process Optimization & Analytics: Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with a high degree of accuracy. Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure performance against KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous process improvement.
- Talent Community Engagement: Represent Kyanon Digital at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions to promote our brand and build a strong network of potential candidates.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a full-cycle talent acquisition role, with a strong focus on the IT/technology sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search methodologies).
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers, operating as a trusted advisor on all talent-related matters.
- Business Acumen: A strong understanding of the technology industry and the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with overarching business goals.
