Sales Admin Intern

As a Sales Admin Intern, you will support contract management and sales operations to ensure business activities are conducted smoothly and in compliance with internal processes and legal requirements. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract handling, cross-functional coordination, and B2B business support within a professional environment.

How You Can Contribute?

1. Contract Management

  • Support drafting various types of commercial contracts, Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
  • Assist in reviewing key contract terms (e.g., payment, penalties, force majeure, IP-related clauses) to ensure alignment with company standards
  • Track the contract signing process and maintain a well-organized contract database/system
  • Coordinate with the Accounting team to support tracking of contract status and receivables

2. Sales Support & Bidding

  • Verify the validity and completeness of client/partner documentation
  • Support the preparation of company profiles and bidding documents, especially administrative and legal-related sections
  • Support in collecting requirements from the Sales team and coordinating with relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in handling contract amendments or documentation requests from clients

What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Law, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of commercial contracts, NDA, MOU, and relevant regulations
  • Basic knowledge or exposure to contract drafting and reviewing, with a good command of English (especially in reading and drafting legal documents)
  • Strong written communication skills, with clear, precise, and well-structured expression
  • Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Careful, detail-oriented, and able to handle documents with accuracy
