- Strategic Partnership: Proactively engage with clients and internal departments to deeply understand business goals and translate them into strategic account plans.
- Revenue & Growth Catalyst: Assist in managing key accounts to identify new opportunities for growth and drive the client’s long-term digital roadmap, directly contributing to sustainable revenue.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Represent the “voice of the client” internally to inform sales, product, and delivery processes, ensuring a truly high-quality, seamless client experience.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor account management activities and leverage data to provide predictive insights for continuous improvement in both client satisfaction and service delivery efficiency.
- Negotiation & Renewal: Assist senior management with contract renewals and upsells, employing strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
What You Should Have To Maximize Your Contribution
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience & Industry: 5+ years of proven experience in Account Management or a related client-facing role, ideally within a tech/consulting environment or with clients in relevant sectors (e.g., FnB, E-commerce, banking, manufacturing).
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable account growth and engagement plans.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Exceptional skill in building and maintaining consultative, trust-based relationships with key client contacts, moving beyond a “ticket-taker” mentality.
- Data-Driven Advisory: Strong analytical skills to assess account performance, manage client feedback, and provide data-driven recommendations for growth and service improvement.
- Communication & Influence: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in Vietnamese and English to effectively coordinate with a global client base and internal teams. Must be a Calm, Confident, and Clear Communicator.
