To me, the working environment and company culture are very comfortable, not constrained by too many complicated rules. This helps employees feel comfortable when working, creating motivation to contribute better. However, everyone is always aware of their responsibility to the company, ensuring that the work is completed effectively. In addition, the monthly training and bonding activities help me develop myself and connect with people around me.

The trainer was extremely enthusiastic, always wholeheartedly guiding me throughout the project. Teammates also supported each other wholeheartedly, helping the whole team become more united. By participating in a realistic simulation project like this, I had the opportunity to approach the thinking and working methods that businesses are applying - things that are almost not taught in school. This is truly a valuable experience, helping me to broaden my perspective and learn many new things.

The training period at Kyanon Digital was really useful and had a great impact on my internship. Learning from the seniors in the Front-End team, I not only acquired professional knowledge but also shared many practical experiences at work. Thanks to that, I realized that besides programming techniques and support tools, soft skills such as problem-solving, analysis, and directional thinking before writing code are also extremely important. These lessons helped me better understand how to work professionally and better prepare for upcoming challenges.
