- Translate engineering, CX, and AI capabilities into clear, outcome-driven messaging.
- Develop brand messaging playbooks, visual guideline and unify narrative across website, sales materials, leadership messaging, proposals, and public channels.
2. Thought Leadership
- Build and execute a Thought Leadership Roadmap aligned to Elevate pillars:

- Elevating Intelligence
- Elevating Partnership
- Produce articles, insight papers, executive perspectives, event keynote scripts, industry opinions, visual content.
- Establish Kyanon Digital as a trusted advisor through research, webinars, panels, podcasts, and conference placements.
3. Employer Branding & People Narrative
- Define and execute Kyanon Digital’s Employer Value Proposition for talent markets in APAC.
- Lead employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, job boards, career events, and internal channels.
- Develop culture stories, engineering showcases, people spotlights, recruitment campaigns.
4. Internal Communications
- Build an internal communications framework reinforcing Elevate Customers, Elevate Standards, Elevate People, Elevate Together.
- Lead townhall communications, company announcements, milestone updates, internal newsletters.
- Partner with leadership on change communication and culture reinforcement.
5. Content Leadership & Editorial Governance
- Serve as brand voice guardian—uplifting, clear, outcome-first, human-centered.
- Lead editorial strategy and quality control for:
- Website content
- Case studies
- Proposals
- Sales decks
- Brochures & videos
- Social media posts
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
With Digital Manager
- Convert thought leadership into digital campaigns & SEO-worthy content.
- Align messaging consistency across paid, search, and organic channels.

- Create proposal narratives, case studies, QBR messaging.
- Support value-driven, business-outcome-focused communication.

- Turn technical achievements into human-centered storytelling.

Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years in Marketing Communications, Corporate Communications, or Brand Strategy in B2B tech/ITO/consulting.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editorial skills.
- Proven experience leading thought leadership and brand-building programs.
- Strong ability to turn complex engineering/AI/CX topics into business stories.
- Experience managing employer branding for a regional or global tech company.
- Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and technical teams.
- Strong project management and multi-stakeholder communication skills.
Good-to-Have
- Background in consulting, digital transformation, software engineering, or data/AI environment.
- Experience supporting C-suite communications.
- Knowledge of APAC talent markets (Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with content CMS, design coordination, and PR agencies.
