Talent Acquisition & Scaling
- Execute the local recruitment plan in coordination with the TA Lead (HQ).
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the site: sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Build local Uni & Tech Community Partnerships to boost employer branding in Danang.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Accountable for Workplace SOPs & HSE Compliance at the site.
- Accountable for Office Facilities & Daily Admin, ensuring the workspace is productive and safe.
- Manage Local Onboarding and facilitate Contract Admin under the guidance of the HR Operations Manager.
- Monitor and report on site-specific HR metrics to HQ.
Learning & Culture
- Implement the Training Roadmap at the site level, working with the L&D Lead (HQ).
- Coordinate Local Mentorship & Peer Learning initiatives.
- Drive Cultural Engagement and act as the first point of contact for Employee Relations at the site.
Finance & Optimization
- Execute Cost Optimization strategies to meet the savings target on site-specific overheads and vendors.
- Manage local vendor relationships (cleaning, security, pantry, etc.) to ensure high service standards at optimized costs.
What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution
- 3+ years in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
- Experience managing office facilities or HSE is a major plus.
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law and Compliance.
- High proficiency in Recruitment and Sourcing.
- Budget management and Cost Control skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously as the “eyes and ears” of Headquarter at the site.
