- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a strong preference for candidates from a consulting or agency background.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically within Enterprise E-commerce ecosystems (B2B or B2C). Experience with complex promotion, pricing, or loyalty engines is a major plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale, complex software development projects for enterprise clients.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including advanced techniques for story mapping, estimation, and release planning.
- Strong technical foundation (e.g., prior experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Analyst) that enables effective communication with architects and developers, and sound technical decision-making.
- Strategic Communication: Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential for effective global client partnership.
