Project Manager (Bangkok)

As our Project Manager in Bangkok, you will spearhead a major digital project for a key Thai client. This role requires a leader with proven excellence in E-commerce and Customer Experience. Your exceptional communication and client leadership abilities will be critical for managing expectations, aligning stakeholders, and driving the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

How You Can Contribute?

1.  Requirements & Backlog Management

  • Collaborate with clients to capture their business context, including goals, challenges, and opportunities;
  • Take ownership of backlog management, prioritizing user stories based on value, feasibility, and alignment with business goals;
  • Ensure the backlog is prepared for development.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, building and maintaining a strong, trusted relationship.
  • Proactively communicate project status, progress, risks, and milestones to ensure alignment and manage expectations effectively.
  • Lead project delivery with a focus on achieving high levels of client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the client, understanding their strategic goals to foster long-term growth.

3. Project Planning and Execution

  • Milestone & Roadmap Management: 

    • Define and manage key project milestones and timelines to align with business objectives;
    • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely and successful delivery;
    • Lead the successful delivery of projects for existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction;
    • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities for additional services or products that align with client needs and drive business growth.
  • Risk & Change Management: 

    • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project development or delivery;
    • Manage change requests by working closely with Account Managers to understand customer needs, prioritize requests, and implement changes efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance & Process Alignment: 

    • Establish and monitor quality indicators and dashboards to track project performance; 
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to develop checklists and processes that ensure the quality of all deliverables meets the highest standards.
    • Ensure that all project processes are in compliance with company standards, regulations, and best practices; 
    • Assess and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

4. Team Leadership & Resource Allocation

  • Resource Planning & Allocation: 

    • Work closely with the Delivery Manager and Project Management Office to plan and allocate resources effectively;
    • Ensure that the right resources are in place to meet project demands and achieve timely delivery.
  • Team Collaboration & Support: 

    • Facilitate strong collaboration within the project team, particularly with the Development Team; 
    • Participate in sprint planning and review meetings, providing guidance, addressing questions, and removing obstacles to ensure smooth project progress.

 To Excel In This Role You Should Have

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Project Manager or Product Manager roles;
  • Expert in E-commerce and Customer Experience;
  • Exceptional communication and client leadership abilities
  • Experience & knowledge in Loyalty, Retail, Omni-channel is a huge plus;
  • Experience in building highly organized, detail-oriented project plans and managing changing project requirements in a highly dynamic environment;
  • In-depth understanding of END-TO-END systems with multiple client endpoints;
  • Great collaboration and stakeholder management skills with a professional and positive attitude;
  • Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of application lifecycle management;
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Thai & English.
