2. Delivery Excellence & Execution
- Outcome-Driven Project Leadership: Own the definition and management of key project milestones and timelines, ensuring successful, on-time delivery while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.
- Risk & Change Mastery: Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles. Lead the process for managing and prioritizing change requests, minimizing scope creep while maximizing business value.

3. Product & Backlog Ownership
- Requirements Translation: Lead collaborative sessions to accurately capture complex business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
- Backlog & Value Priority: Take decisive ownership of the product backlog, ruthlessly prioritizing user stories based on value, feasibility, and alignment with critical business objectives.
- Team Empowerment: Work closely with the Development Teams, participating in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning and review) to provide clear guidance, remove blockers, and ensure the team is fully prepared for smooth, high-quality execution.
What Defines Our Global Delivery Leader
We are looking for a Game-Changing Archer — a highly disciplined, outcome-focused professional—ready to excel in our multi-national environment.
- 5+ years of demonstrable success in a hybrid Project Manager or Product Manager role.
- Expert-level knowledge in E-commerce and Customer Experience (CX). Direct experience and knowledge in Loyalty, Retail, and Omni-channel solutions are a significant advantage.
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end systems with multiple client endpoints and comprehensive knowledge of application lifecycle management.
- Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a track record of applying them to manage complex, changing project requirements effectively.
- Exceptional communication and client leadership abilities to manage expectations, influence stakeholders, and build trust-based partnerships.
- Proven ability to build highly organized, detailed project plans and manage complexity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Full professional proficiency in both spoken and written English is mandatory. Proficiency in the local language of your preferred base (Vietnamese, Thai, or a relevant local language for Singapore) is a strong plus.
