- Master today’s most popular content management systems (CMS) and frameworks, including WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Strapi, and Umbraco.
- Work directly under the mentorship of Senior Software Engineers on real-world client projects.
- Support the team in developing, customizing, and maintaining website projects for clients.
- Participate in practical tasks such as:

- Building themes, plugins, and modules for CMS platforms.
- Supporting bug fixes and optimizing website performance.
- Integrating third-party services via API.
- Researching and applying new technologies and techniques to projects.
- Working according to a professional process (Agile/Scrum).
Qualifications
- Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- A solid foundational knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Basic understanding of PHP and/or JavaScript. (Knowledge of PHP is a major advantage).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery, AJAX).
- Good logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical documents in English.
- An eagerness to learn and a willingness to take on challenges. This is the most important factor.
- A proactive work ethic and a high sense of responsibility.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Previous experience (including personal projects) with any of the listed CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Strapi, Umbraco), or at least a general familiarity with CMS is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git for version control is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL) is a plus.
