Solution Architect

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise applications and digital platforms.
• Define architecture standards, integration strategies, and technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, project teams, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and architecture reviews.
• Establish architecture governance, design reviews, and engineering best practices to ensure quality, security, and performance across delivery.
• Define non-functional requirements such as scalability, reliability, security, and performance, and validate them throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution proposals, estimations, and technical presentations.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical coaching.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive AI-first solution adoption where applicable.

What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with proven experience in Solution Architecture or Technical Leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable solutions for E-commerce, Retail, Mobile Applications, and Digital Commerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with API-First, Composable, and Microservices Architectures.
• Hands-on experience architecting and deploying solutions on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proven experience integrating enterprise systems, including ERP, Payment Gateways, OMS, Logistics, and third-party services.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture decisions.
• Experience participating in pre-sales activities, solution consulting, estimation, and technical proposal development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and providing technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred

• Experience delivering large-scale E-commerce or Retail transformation projects.
• Exposure to cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
• Understanding of AI-powered solutions, LLM applications, or AI-first product development approaches.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF or cloud architecture credentials (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with headless or composable commerce platforms and event-driven architectures.
