Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to architect and lead our entire talent lifecycle. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will partner directly with our executive team to transform talent acquisition from a support function into a key driver of our business growth. You will be responsible for developing a magnetic employer brand and building the high-performing technical teams that fuel our success across Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, etc.,

How You Can Contribute?

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a talent acquisition roadmap in partnership with C-level leadership, translating ambitious business goals into a comprehensive hiring plan.
  • Employer Branding: Design and lead our employer branding strategy to position Kyanon Digital as a top tech employer in Vietnam and APAC, curating compelling content and engaging with key tech communities.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee and drive end-to-end recruitment for all technical and business-critical roles.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data and analytics to optimize all recruitment processes, manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and deliver insightful reports on key metrics to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and technical leads, coaching them on interviewing best practices and ensuring alignment on both technical requirements and cultural fit.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and nurture strategic relationships with universities and tech communities to create a sustainable pipeline for future talent.

What You Bring: The Mark of a Leader

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced technology company (e.g., digital consultancy, software house, high-growth startup).
  • Deep expertise and a strong professional network within Vietnam’s IT talent market is essential; experience recruiting in Singapore is a significant advantage.
  • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to credibly engage with senior engineers and architects on topics like React, .NET, Python, AWS/Azure, and modern software architecture.
  • A proven track record of success in leading the full recruitment lifecycle, from innovative sourcing and candidate assessment to complex offer negotiation.
