How You Can Contribute
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for internal positions (both IT and non-IT roles).
- Develop and post job descriptions, ensuring they align with the company’s needs and goals.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads, gather feedback, and facilitate decision-making.
- Maintain and update recruitment records, including candidate databases and job postings.
- Assist with onboarding of new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- Provide administrative support to HR, such as document management, maintaining employee records, and processing HR-related paperwork.
- Collaborate with other HR team members on recruitment strategies and initiatives.
What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the IT industry.
- Proven experience hiring for both IT and non-IT roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
