Senior Business Development Manager

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships. Your work will directly influence how we grow our client base and position Kyanon Digital within the Digital Transformation landscape.

How You Can Contribute?

Strategic Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Market Expansion: Initiate and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (online platforms, networking, and industry partnerships) to aggressively expand the client base.
  • Client Qualification: Conduct thorough assessments to ensure potential clients align with the company’s technical capabilities, service offerings, and core values.
  • Tailored Solutions: Analyze specific client requirements and pain points to engineer customized IT outsourcing solutions that meet their unique business needs.

Sales Leadership & Presales Coordination

  • Winning Strategy Development: Craft compelling value propositions by synthesizing industry trends, competitor analysis, and client-specific challenges.
  • Presales Process Leadership: Lead the end-to-end presales cycle, acting as the primary bridge between Sales and Delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and solution alignment.
  • Proposal & Quotation Excellence: Oversee the creation of detailed proposals, accurate quotations, and project scopes (SOW). Ensure all documentation is delivered with precision to facilitate swift client decision-making.

Pitching, Negotiation & Closing

  • Persuasive Pitching: Orchestrate and deliver high-impact presentations that showcase the company’s unique selling points and technological expertise.
  • Contract Negotiation: Navigate complex negotiations with finesse, securing terms that drive profitability for the company while ensuring maximum value for the client.

Post-Win Account Management

  • Relationship Nurturing: Transition into the Account Manager role post-acquisition, serving as the trusted point of contact to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Growth Identification: Proactively manage client expectations and identify strategic opportunities for upselling or introducing additional service lines.

What You Need To Maximize Your Contribution

  • Market Expertise : 5+ years of Business Development experience in Software Outsourcing, with a proven track record of success in the European Market (specifically UK, France, or Germany).
  • English Mastery : Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate confidently with C-level executives.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of software outsourcing models, market dynamics, and SDLC to bridge the gap between technical teams and international clients.
  • Sales Drive: A proactive “Hunter” mindset, highly goal-driven, and proficient in using CRM tools to manage the full sales lifecycle independently.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under minimal supervision.
