1. Talent Acquisition (70%)
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized Mid, Senior, and Leadership roles using advanced headhunting and market mapping techniques.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Directly manage senior and executive-level candidates, lead offer negotiations, and deliver an exceptional, high-quality candidate experience.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Monitor and optimize key metrics (Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire) and consult with Hiring Managers on market trends to improve hiring strategies.
2. L&D Operations & Strategic Coordination (20%)
- Training Management: Take full ownership of the Corporate Training Calendar, managing all logistics, including venue coordination, materials, and scheduling.
- Training Needs & ROI: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate program effectiveness (ROI) to ensure learning initiatives align with company growth goals.
- Talent Development Frameworks: Support the implementation of Competency Frameworks and partner with department heads to facilitate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for high-potential employees.
3. Employer Branding & Employee Engagement (10%)
- Content Strategy: Build Kyanon Digital’s reputation in the tech community by creating and publishing professional content on social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
- Internal Engagement: Design and execute internal engagement programs that reinforce corporate culture, boost morale, and improve employee retention.
- Continuous Improvement: Use data and employee feedback to improve branding campaigns and internal communication workflows.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a hybrid HR role, with a strong focus on Tech Recruitment/Headhunting and Learning & Development (L&D).
- Prior experience working in a tech company, software agency, or executive search firm (headhunting agency) is highly preferred.
Professional Skills
- Advanced Talent Sourcing: Proven ability to source and attract passive, high-caliber tech talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and advanced search techniques.
- L&D / Training Execution: Solid experience in organizing corporate training, managing event logistics, and basic knowledge of competency frameworks or tracking training ROI.
- Digital Content Creation: Ability to brainstorm, write, and curate engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) to boost employer branding.
