- Channel Optimization: Manage and maximize the reach of our internal ecosystems.
- Event Communications: Drive engagement and excitement for signature internal events, including but not limited to Town Halls, Year-End Parties, team-building activities, and company anniversaries.
- Culture & Employee Recognition: Uncover and write compelling stories that celebrate employee milestones, team wins, and our core values.
- Impact Measurement: Evaluate internal communication health through data-driven employee engagement surveys and sentiment analysis to continuously improve internal initiatives.
- AI-Driven Workflows: Seamlessly integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to speed up copywriting, editing, and content summarization.
2. Tech-Centric Employer Branding
- Recruitment Marketing Strategy: Build and execute an authentic employer branding content calendar across critical talent platforms.
- Multimedia Storytelling: Produce rich, visually engaging content—including articles, visuals, and video series—showcasing life at Kyanon Digital and employee spotlights.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Marketing and Design teams to ensure total visual harmony and alignment with global corporate brand guidelines.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Equip the recruitment team with marketing assets for external initiatives, including career fairs, university partnerships, tech talks, and talent campaigns.
- Data & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on employer branding metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, and quality of inbound applicants).
- AI-Assisted Asset Creation: Utilize cutting-edge creative AI tools to produce high-quality graphics and short-form videos efficiently.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate with business units and technical leads to harvest insights, technical achievements, and human-interest stories for external promotion.
- Propose creative, out-of-the-box initiatives to elevate the candidate journey and employee experience.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI trends and communication tools, proactively suggesting new ways to scale HR operations.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3 years of proven experience in Internal Communications, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, or Content Marketing (experience in the IT/Tech industry is a significant plus).
- Language & Copywriting: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with a natural talent for storytelling and capturing a brand’s unique voice.
- AI Tool Fluency: Highly comfortable with, or deeply curious about, incorporating AI productivity and generation tools into your creative process.
- Design & Media: Hands-on experience with basic creative tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut) is a strong advantage.
- Platform Expertise: A deep understanding of digital channels and professional social networks, with a particular expertise in optimizing LinkedIn for talent attraction.
