What Technical Leader Actually Do at Kyanon Digital
- Own the Architecture: You will design the end-to-end architecture for our most important e-commerce projects. Your choices will decide how our systems perform and grow for years.
- Guide the Strategy: Work with clients and product teams to figure out what they really need and turn those ideas into a solid technical plan.
- Level Up the Team: Help a team of 10+ engineers get even better. You’ll mentor them, introduce new tech, and build a culture where everyone is proud of the code they write.
- Solve the Hardest Problems: When a system is slow or something is broken, you’re the expert everyone calls. You’ll lead the effort to fix it, whether it’s by boosting performance or clearing out old code.
Who We’re Looking For
- A Master of Your Craft: 10+ years of real-world experience. You’re an expert in at least one stack (.NET, Java, Node, Golang etc.) but comfortable working with many. You know how to pick the right tool for the job.
- Someone Who’s Built Big Things: You have real experience designing large-scale systems that can handle a lot of traffic, especially for e-commerce. You think in terms of microservices and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- A Hands-On Leader: You lead by example. This isn’t a full-time coding job, but you’re not afraid to jump into the code to fix a major bug or build a prototype.
- A Great Teacher: You enjoy helping other engineers grow. You’re good at explaining complex ideas and leveling up your team.
- Smart and Practical: You keep up with new technology but you know when and how to use it. You balance cool new ideas with the need for stable, reliable systems.
