On the morning of November 9th, representatives from Swinburne Vietnam and Kyanon Digital met and officially signed a cooperation agreement between the two parties. Accordingly, enhanced connection and collaboration activities will be stepped up by both sides in the coming time.
Attending the signing ceremony, representing Swinburne Vietnam were Dr. Truong Cong Duan, Head of Academic Affairs, and Dr. Le Minh Duc, Head of the IT Department. Along with them, representing Kyanon Digital at the signing ceremony was Mr. David Lapetina, Vice President of Engineering & Technology. Established in 2012, Kyanon Digital is known as an expert in technology consulting and digital transformation, applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies, with headquarters in Singapore and Vietnam. Meanwhile, the Information Technology major group is also one of Swinburne’s educational strengths. In particular, the Artificial Intelligence major has been introduced into teaching at Swinburne Vietnam, along with other current trend-leading majors, including Data Science, Internet of Things, and Software Development.
The signing between Swinburne Vietnam and Kyanon Digital will enhance the industry connection experience and open up numerous job opportunities for IT students at Swinburne Vietnam. Specifically, Kyanon Digital will provide internship opportunities for Swinburne Vietnam students during their On-the-Job Training (OJT) period. The company will also participate in and support Swinburne Vietnam in career orientation and industry connection activities for IT students, including: Career Week, technology competitions, scientific workshops, etc.
